Hybe to discontinue 'V App' this year

Article: 'V app' to close service in 2022 Source: Idol Issue via Instagram 1. [+301] Not sure why people are blaming Hybe over this decision. 'V app' was in the reds and would've gone under if Hybe didn't buy them. Naver was going to end the service until Hybe bought it up, which they now have no use for with their own Weverse live and no reason to continue carrying a platform that is still in the reds. Hybe is not a charity organization, they should not be expected to keep it when it's not profitable for them. A lot of the big idols have already left 'V app' so it's probably even worse right now. 2. [+220] Hybe isn't getting rid of it... the app was already going under until Hybe bought it up... 3. [+143] Hybe tried to bring it back to live and even transferred some of the videos on V live to Weverse so I don't get why people are whining. 4. SM for me I've been a fangirl for over 10 years and I've always skipped on SM idols original post:   here 1. YG, Cube, JYP  2. Aside from Bighit, all of the rest... Ah actually, Hybe, I like NewJeans lately  3. SM, Hybe, JYP  4. YG 5. YG 6. SM, YG, Cube, JYP, Hybe, all of their idols... 7. YG, JYP, Hybe 8. I skip on YG because of their hip hop vibe... The ones that are easy for otakus like me to get immersed are Bighit or SM's Kyangya  9. Do people actually stan that hard? I just stan as a muddle.. But the only celebrities I like are from SM and YG, that's it. And JYP isn't my style  10. I'm one and only with Bighit  11. Aside from SM, I skip on all the big companies. I'm a small companies group collector, they're so small that I wouldn't be surprised if the company goes down tomorrow 12. I just don't stan anyone from small/medium size companies.
