How is this considered "forced hate"?ã…‹ã…‹ they just suckã…‹ã…‹ since when did K-pop develop? 2. This is why we shouldn't be debuting Japanese kids............ 3. The only place that cares about singing skills is community sitesã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ the end result is that they are still doing well so of course they will only focus on the performanceã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ 4. They did well 5. They are slowly getting better. They did well 6. I don't even know what song they are trying to singã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹  7. So they practiced, cute 8. They honestly such.... this gives me Boombaya vibes from P48. Their voices were shaky too.. It'd be better if they had an intense dance and sang at the same time.  9. I think that today wasn't that bad 10. Why did they add the 2 Japanese girls? New post Next Post ✉  PC Stories source https://www.pannchoa.com/...

Hybe to discontinue 'V App' this year

Article: 'V app' to close service in 2022

Source: Idol Issue via Instagram

1. [+301] Not sure why people are blaming Hybe over this decision. 'V app' was in the reds and would've gone under if Hybe didn't buy them. Naver was going to end the service until Hybe bought it up, which they now have no use for with their own Weverse live and no reason to continue carrying a platform that is still in the reds. Hybe is not a charity organization, they should not be expected to keep it when it's not profitable for them. A lot of the big idols have already left 'V app' so it's probably even worse right now.

2. [+220] Hybe isn't getting rid of it... the app was already going under until Hybe bought it up...

3. [+143] Hybe tried to bring it back to live and even transferred some of the videos on V live to Weverse so I don't get why people are whining.

4. [+70] I wish people would knock it off with hating on Hybe for literally anything they do ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ 'V app' was always in the reds and it should've been dropped a long time ago but Hybe acquired it and allowed the idols to keep using it. Seems like it's some national rule now to beat on Hybe for anything and everything ^^ 'V app' really should've been gone in 2020 but Hybe has been dragging it along by the collar for over two years...

5. [+33] I think the Hybe haters are mostly really young who have no idea how businesses work. They're just mad that they're going to lose the videos of their favorite idols. They're not thinking beyond that and understanding that a company can't just keep an unprofitable platform alive for no reason.

6. [+17] Hybe isn't "getting rid of it", they've basically been keeping it alive this whole time

7. [+15] What are fans of groups who don't use Weverse supposed to live for now...

8. [+16] Huh..??? What's going to happen to our NCT videos..?

9. [+5] It's inaccurate to claim that Hybe bought 'V live' which was originally owned by Naver. Hybe's subsidiary Weverse acquired 'V live' for 200 billion won and Naver bought 49% of Weverse shares for 400 billion won. To put it simply, Naver bought 49% of Weverse, and Weverse used the money from selling 49% of their company to acquire 'V live'. Naver didn't sell 'V live' because it was in the reds but because Naver probably thought it was more profitable to buy Weverse shares since BTS was making up a majority of the 'V live' sales anyway (obviously there's a lot more that goes into this but). Now that Naver has acquired Weverse shares, they probably thought it'd be better to just merge Weverse and 'V live', which was probably the whole point of the deal in the first place.

10. [+4] What has V app even been doing all this time to be in the reds...? I didn't even think it was possible for an app like that

11. [+7] Watching V lives is one of the greatest pleasures of my life and now it's gone because of Hybe

12. [+6] Please make sure all of our idols' videos are transferred over

13. [+38] Do you all have a bone to pick with Hybe or something? ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ The app is in the reds, why are you expecting them to service it for no profit? Especially when the app is still around because of Hybe in the first place? ã… ã… ã… ã…
